Staff were great. Very friendly and competent. Room was very comfortable and as one would expect for a Best Western. However, the hotel needs to invest in new pillows. I dont know how the othet rooms were set up, but our room had three half pillows the size of a sofa pillow instead of two standard size pillows. They were uncomfortable and hard to sleep on.

The smell of the entire hotel was rank and induced a feeling of nausea. The room was about a 0 star. Dirty and torn carpeting. Missing lamp on side of bed. Cable management behind TV was unbelievable messy. No room service next day with fresh towels and general cleaning of trash cans, more coffee pods etc. No coffee pods at all, but had coffee maker in room, just the sugar packs. Ice bucket was half full of old dirty water. I would never stay there again and would encourage others to avoid. Overall just filthy.

Our room wasn’t pleasant, they stressed it was a pet friendly place, and that’s exactly what the carpet in the room looked like. The bathroom toliet was rocking when sat on in which I think caused the sewage odor. I think places save good rooms for people booking directly and not for people using an app. They also charged my card before I even checked in and I selected pay at the property.

The hotel is a great location and the staff is nice. The breakfast was standard but the presentation made it look like things were missing. Maybe it just needs better lighting. The beds were not the best, and the pillows were too small. Rooms are a bit tight we had to move the chair around to pass.
