I asked staff for extra coffee, they brought it to my room, the staff seemed personable and professional and kind. I highly recommend this place, and people! "Decent enough hotel, staff would never answer the phone and were generally unprofessional. Once we checked out I realized my brother left his swim trunks behind, the room cleaner never brought them to lost and found and according to the front desk they just disappeared. I know it happens sometimes and we should have checked the room better but usually they will set the stuff aside for you to come back and grab."
