"When we arrived at the hotel the front door was so heavy that I actually thought it was locked so I rang the bell which didn’t please the receptionist. She was very rude and proceeded to tell me that hotel parking was extra and that I had to pay extra for the dogs on checking in. Our room was on the 3rd floor and it was quite dirty as per photos. "The breakfast was healthy with loads of choices. Also lots of gluten free options.
The hotel has impressive views of the cathedral and there is a quick shortcut through the back of the hotel, to a path that leads to the bridge and city. 15 minutes maximum at a slow pace.
Staff very friendly and accommodating. I couldn’t find a fault.
Parking at the hotel was easy directly outside the hotel.
We loved the hotel. Thank you for a lovely wonderful 2 night stay. "
