In site parking paid apart. Driver to be aware it is difficult to park as the access and spaces are very tight. Room is small and A/C doesn’t work. Clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast very good with a lot of options. Staff very attentive and courteous. Decor of the place/lobby was tacky. It is listed as 4 star hotel but should be rated as a 3 stars.

This hotel is within easy walking distance of Salamanca's railway station and on the edge of the historic centre - a ten minute walk takes you to the university area and another five minutes to the cathedral. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The decor in the front hall is a bit pretentious to my taste but that's a minor quibble.

Well located hotel with firm beds

The hotel is well located in Salamanca and walking distance to most sights. The staff were friendly and the rooms very clean. The bed was quite firm and whilst some people prefer that, I found it too uncomfortable for me.

Good Stay

The room was very clean, it looks like the hall and room were just rehabbed. Beds were good. Location is a 7-8 minute walk to the old town Plaza Mayor. Many restaurants, shopping, people watching. Hotel has parking for a fee and breakfast for a fee.

It was in a reasonable area within easy walking distance of the old town etc. Pleasant and helpful staff. Parking expensive (18€/day) and car park very tight. Buffet b'fast 12€, but excellent panadaria just over the road. Room & shower over bath okay, but mattress very hard. Room safe very complicated to use.

Somewhat stuffy hotel but good location for historic center, train and bus stations. Several restaurants within easy reach. Breakfast has a lot of variety but the best thing about it is the fresh fruit. Thermostat didn't work for heat which only came out of the bathroom radiator.

Great place small communications issue.

The only problem was I wasn’t told there was a huge parking fee. When I went to leave they tried to charge me but I refused to pay because I wasn’t told before hand. Other than that great place to stay very central and great service.

Great Stay

We had stayed at this hotel a few years ago. The Hotel has undergone an update. The room had a lot of charming decorations. It was very clean, the bed was good, breakfast for a fee. Located in an excellent area for acess to the old town.
