This is just an easy train hop from Florence. Empoli is adorable. If you would like a spot from where you can head out to anywhere in Tuscany, this is a great spot. It has a lovely balcony and Tatiana and other staff where very nice and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay in this spacious BnB. Tatiana and Andrea were responsive, friendly and helpful. The accomodation is locaed in Empoli where there are great dinng options and is a short walk to the train station for easy (~30min) access to Firenze or Pisa. Highlyrecommend.

Very happy

I actually book the wrong place. I thought we were staying in Florence. But wasn't a problem as we had a car. This is a really nice and cozy place. Andrea who runs it is really nice and you can tell he takes pride in this little place. Very clean. Paid parking outside the door. Free at night.

The property is very nice and they keep it super clean. The only issue I had was with regards to parking. The maximum time you can park is 2 hours, so i got a ticket for going over the time. To make matters worst, itwas supposed to be free parking on Sunday, but when I got up they were towing all the cars. Thankfully, my car wasn't towed but I got another ticket. When I talked to the manager, all he said was that he got a note to remove the cars from the street on Sunday, but he never mentioned it. He didn't even apologized for the misunderstanding. Unacceptable!!!

Modern clean and comfortable

Very friendly couple who spoke good English. Unusual set up in that the brekfast/lounge area has the four rooms immediately off it so you could hear some noise at times. However the room itself was very good and the breakfast was varied and tasty. Accommodation in a much larger building, and was handy for the centre. Tatiana was very chatty but did not impose, which was welcome. No reception area but they remained a phone call away. Only thing it lacked was a dish for the soap in the shower. Otherwise nothing to complain about and would be very happy to stay there again.
