"Comfortable rooms with plenty of space, much larger than we expected. We had an adjoining room with our two teenage children. Staff were friendly and helpful. The free shuttle was really useful. Breakfast had a really good selection to cater for every taste. "

"I decided to surprise my husband with a trip and booked Jumeirah Saadiyat Island for a week for his birthday. My oh my!!! The hotel exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond to make it a truly memorable trip. They had a birthday cake, balloons, cookies and a basket of fruits set up in our room on our arrival with rose petals on the bed. We also landed early morning around 8am and got to the hotel around 9am. Check-in wasn’t until 3pm, however our room was ready at 10.30am and we were allowed to check-in early!!! Always a plus. The room was amazing, we had the garden room which was super spacious with easy access to the pools and the beach as it was located on the ground floor. The staff were all very welcoming, kind and caring. The hotel focuses a lot on sustainability which is great and we were given beautiful complimentary bottles upon arrival to use around the hotel. Breakfast was top-notch, so many different options and cuisines to choose from, you will never get bored. I would like to highlight that there is a deposit to be paid upon arrival and it was about £800 for 6 nights (which you get back providing you didn’t break anything in the room), just a heads up for people who are not aware as I was not aware. The deposit is calculated based on the number of nights you are staying for. The beach!!!! Where do I even start?! The beach was the highlight of our trip. Super well maintained, soft sand, clear warm turquoise waters. Thank you Jumeirah Team"

"Our go too place on Yas Island. There is absolutely nothing that is too much trouble. The whole place and surrounding areas are spotless. 100% recommend and can’t wait to head back in October. "

"What a change from dull 5* corporate hotels. All the expected standards and more but the real difference is this hotel reflects its location. Wonderful stay, highly recommended, especially brunch. Manager of brunch deserves special mention for professionalism. Well done Shanghai-La."

"This is a property that is directly adjacent to two of the amusement parks in Abu Dhabi. It is also 10 minutes away from several others. It’s a beautiful property, with a nice buffet style, Cafe Terrea, and a nice restaurant for something a bit more upscale. The food quality is Slightly above average. The buffet is plenty full with decent options."

The customer service was also exceptional. Staff members were consistently warm, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience. Check-in was smooth, and every interaction felt genuinely welcoming. Breakfast was a real highlight—fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety of options to satisfy any appetite. It was the perfect way to start the day. The only downside is that there’s no on-site restaurant service after breakfast, which might be inconvenient for some. However, the hotel has partnered with another property just a few steps away, where complimentary services are available for guests. This made the lack of in-house dining far less of an issue. Overall, an excellent hotel for travelers who value cleanliness, top-notch service, and a great start to the morning! "
