"Ficamos em um quarto distante, com várias escadas e sem acessibilidade. Existe uma obra grande no local com muita poeira e barulho durante o dia e à noite, tivemos que antecipar o checkout devido à alergia dos nossos filhos (em um dia vimos três betoneiras no mesmo momento no local). Não há serviço de quarto, nem frigobar, contato com a recepção e, no nosso caso, não havia internet ou tomadas no quarto. "This is my second stay at the Golden Tower Pinheiros. The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable, the staff goes way and beyond to be helpful, the breakfast buffet is so diversified and delicious, and location could not be better.
