"Very nice and comfortable. Extremely helpful and professional staff. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The only real complaints were extremely small elevators and half of them were being used as freight ones for the remodeling work at the hotel; and the pool was insufficiently chlorinated—it wasn’t 15 ppm! My daughters are varsity swimmers and they know a chlorinated pool!"

"Got in at 6 am from Houston Texas , asked if I could get any room to sleep and they had one available very cheap and got me comfortable!! My room was ready at 12 early check in!! Food buffet was sooo good!! Staff and everyone was amazing also let me borrow a charger!!"

"Everything was great . Staff super attentive and were willing to help us with anything We had a small problem and they automatically fixed it no questions asked. Super kind and lovely. Food was good . We had to check out early and they made us a breakfast to go bag!! Was a lovely stay would recommend"

"Great Stay at Grande Centre Point Had a wonderful stay at Grande Centre Point! The hotel is conveniently located near many shopping areas, making it easy to get around and shop. 🛍️ The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. We also requested an animal-shaped folded towel, and they kindly prepared one for us — such a cute and thoughtful touch! 🐘🐻 Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and an excellent location. Would definitely consider staying here again! ⭐️"
