From the time I walked in the staff was well dressed and very attentive. While I tried to get acclimated I used the room service to eat and I think the beef burger was better than most in the US. I took a massage and I was very happy with the professional manner and quality. I would recommend the Pipa Hotel to anyone that would like to stay in a central location.
