"Got outside parking easily, quick check in too. Room was clean, suite 201. No issues at all, and extra pillows in closet too. Close to everything walking wit City hall as a back drop."

"The housekeeping service was great! Front desk staff were very pleasant. Building is kept fairly secure. Rooms were spacious with comfortable bed and well appointed kitchen. Parking was convenient, but a little pricey (though worthwhile for the ease - and the hotel is centrally located); recommend not using the garage parking if you have a large vehicle with a hatchback - the ceiling was too low to get the back open in my assigned parking space, which made getting the luggage out quite difficult."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room we were given was amazing with beautiful views across central Ottawa. The staff were also very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. A special thanks goes to the staff member who served us at breakfast. She was busy on her own, but gave wonderful service to everyone and was very efficient. The food was a la carte but at a very high standard. It was delicious especially the eggs benedict and banana bread.The reception staff were great too. The special welcome drink for every guest on the first night at the bar with views was very welcoming. The location is very central and easy to walk. Only negative i can say about the hotel is the front of it doesn't look like a hotel from the outside, but the inside is modern and well maintained."

"Very clean room and property. Kitchenette and balcony were a plus. Breakfast provided was a nice. Breakfast wraps, yogurt, fruit, cereals were available. I only wish they had rooms with King Size beds but otherwise it was a perfect stay in a great location. "

"I loved my stay here. It was in such an ideal location, beautiful surroundings. Staff were very friendly and excellent. Room was pretty clean although the tub showed some wear and tear. When I come back to Gatineau I want to stay here again. Thanks Best Western Plus Staff for an enjoyable time! "
