"I spent a couple of days at the Hamilton with my family and what literally stood out was the kindness and the sensibility of the staff. James at the reception welcomed us warmly and provided us immediately with the room even though we were there way earlier. I have appreciated that type of kindness. Moreover, James specifically put himself on the front line for any specific request I had and his professionalism is what a great Hotel should always prioritize. The cleaning ladies on our floor have been very thoughtful and kind with us, always smiling! Last but not least, the staff at the Sophia restaurant, from the bar tender to the hostess, I have appreciated the professionalism and the service they provided every time. Thank to all of you for a great weekend, my family will definitely remember this experience on their way back to Italy! "
"It was a quiet, clean and very elegant hotel in a nice location. Our only problem was that the heat in our room wouldn’t turn off and could not be properly adjusted so we ended up opening a window for better ventilation and cooling. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.
Also, if an area with an ice machine for guests can be added that would be very helpful.
I would definitely stay here again. "

10/10 Excellent
"The tub stopper needed to be fixed. I had to hold up the tub stopper for the water to go down. One lamp in the room did not turn on. Everything else was fine. There’s a sink, garbage, microwave, and fridge in the room. The room was comfortable overall. "
