"Clean room everythin"

"I usually stay at the Hyatt Place and love it. This time around, we stayed at the Hyatt house. Although it is a very nice apartment, the sofa bed mattress was way too thin and we were negatively impressed by the airplane noise despite the "sound proof" windows...."

" When i originally booked the hotel i booked specfic room with certain amenities. The room i booked was not the room i got. When i asked the front desk they said oh they did renovations so its different.. i was disappointed in the fact that i didnt get what was advertised. I was fustrsted while there with h service. We were told there was room service but we didnt have a qr code or anything in there. The front desk said i could come up anytime to take a picture of the qr code. Unsure why i couldnt get one. Overall id rate it a 3.5. Very expensive restaurants. But if you go local theres some good better cheaper food"

"Pool, lots of lounge chairs, fire pit, free breakfast is amazing, free airport shuttle. "
