"This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed at. Infested with cockroaches, desperately in need or repairs, dirty rooms, lazy management, and shady public that would smoke weed and would not stop the noise through the night. Air conditioner worked, but then it was not hot days to begin with."

"I wish I had brought a broom and a dust pan! This minimum was not even done! the room was very dirty will never stay at this location ever!"

"The breakfast was a lot of highly processed foods, which we ALL know we shouldn't eat, but the staff running it worked their tails off making sure everything was stocked and fresh. Nice hot coffee and tea which is really all indeed.....sausages were hot and very tasty so thanks for that!"

"The manager was helpful called her earlier in the week to change something and it was done when I checked in .. love this hotel only stay there when I come to Wilmington at least once a month, everything is always good."

"Hotel was ok. Not terrible, not great. Pictures on the website make it look much nicer than it is. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hair in tub upon arrival. Toilet was loose on the floor ( it wobbled lol). Water would not always fully shut off. Carpet throughout is dirty. Coffee pot only brewed pre-packaged coffee. Price was fine. Parking was great. Bedding was clean. Water had good pressure. Plenty of towels."

"Upon check in the card reader for credit/debit cards was reading decline. I contacted my bank in front of the clerk and the bank confirmed the money was pulled. I tried my card 3 more times and it still came back declined. Nonetheless a back up card took care of the hotel stay despite me being charged with my bank that I have to no dispute. There were noisy guest below me and beside me. I’m a BX girl so I’m use to all kind of noises and traffic. First off these people were outside their room at 4am yelling, talking loud and laughing as if they were only ones staying at the hotel. I called the front desk and about 20 minutes later the noise stopped."

"Room was clean. Pool was not very clean and hot tub was not working. Shower water doesnt get warm enough. Continental breakfast was ok but the coffee machine was not working. "
