run property. The staff here was nice. I was greeted by name as I was the last one to check in for the day. This hotel is in grave need to updates but I understand that that costs a great deal of money and the last couple of years have been rough I am sure. I don't really have a problem with that. My big issue is just with the cleanliness here. It is not up to par. Either there is not enough staff or knowledge to keep things clean at the level they should be. We are in...

But cracked plaster and repaired holes all over. Desk, entertainment center, and desk chair were very worn with chips, cracks, and upholstery falling off. Ceiling in the bathroom badly cracked although the water pressure and hot water were unlimited."
