"Be aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was awesome, as was the spur of the moment bike ride on the riverfront with the complimentary bike from the lobby. The DE Children's Museum was across the parking lot and fantastic! I would definitely stay there again. "

"The trip was for a vist with friends. It was conveniently located to the various venues. Manager at the time of checkin was friendly and accommodating.
The room was clean. I will say I have not seen the type of shower but it was all clean. There is no tub. Vanity is just outside the bathroom in the room. "

"When I checked in at 2 PM, the front desk lady was very nice friendly and efficient. Although when I checked out and I wanted to make sure they knew of the things in my room that needed repair fixing or maintenance a different woman from when I checked in was very author Tory power hungry, and didn’t listen to a word I said instead she discipline me treating me like a child telling me that I needed to tell the front desk as soon as a problem occurred. When I tried to explain to her that it wasn’t a major concern she was still very stern and strict, making sure that she was the one in charge and not me. She made me very upset and I just ended up leaving because there was no debating her rules and regulations Customer Service has gone downhill where the customer is never right and you have to put up with unsatisfactory Customer Service. "
