"The location is easily accessible. Plenty of things to do within easy driving distance. The property is well maintained, but shows its age in places. My room was very clean and organized. The beds were soft and clean. The provided breakfast is great! The coffee leaves a bit to be desired. The soda fountain worked but the carbonation was way to low. The afternoon happy hour drinks are well, but they are free, so no complaints. The provided snacks were ok as well. I'm not a chips and salsa guy, but the trail mix was fantastic. They switched it to something like a Gardettos this week, which is disappointing. The staff have all been lovely. Alicia at the front desk is very sweet. She assisted me with purchasing things from the commissary. Some of the cons: The repairs show - drywall patches, bathtub repairs, caulk joints wearing away, carpet base pulling away from the walls in places, the bathroom mirror light was blinking at times (maybe a bad driver?) - all of these were pointed out to the front of house staff upon checkout. I did not have the same room when I returned the following week but noted similar issues in this new room. I booked on Travelocity. There was someone already in my appointed room so they bumped me to a different room - No hassle really. But the pricing difference between aggregators and the Hilton website cannot be ignored. I would rather book direct but it was much more expensive."

"Upon checking in, we were taken very good care of by the door staff. Taking care of our luggage and showing us where the check-in desk was. Our room was very nice, but the bathroom was not exceptional. The sink area was very small and difficult for two people to work around. There was a shower but no bathtub, and we really appreciate a bathtub. We also found that they offered transportation to the DFW airport, only there was nobody around to explain the service to us when we left early at 5:30 in the morning."
