"Great location, i only checked on the same day that i had to check out due to flight delay.
only use the room for 8 hours however when i requested to checkout late (3 hours more) i was asked to pay $100 + taxes which was disappointing. "
"Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and a decent staff. My biggest complaints are the long check-in line and slow elevators.
It's an older hotel which is why the rooms are bigger compared to other hotels I've stayed at in Times Square. Overall, not the most luxurious experience but I had a good stay and would consider booking again in the future."
"Horrible hotel! We were not even given the upgraded room that we paid for, so don’t bother paying for the upgrade. You are not allowed to go on the second floor mezzanine. We avoided using the blowdryer as many have mentioned online that this creates confusion with their smoking sensors and we didn’t want to get charged for that. Really rundown rooms, yuck!! Only good thing is that it’s centrally located. Elevator & Cleaning staff were the only kind staff! "
"Really nice room. Only con is the shower stall did not have a door and that allowed water to splash out. View was okay nothing to look out about. Staff was great and accommodating. Great location. "
