"The view, amazing. Cripple creek as a town, adorable and nice locals. The little strip of stores and businesses is adorable and we loved it. The staff at the hotel, amazing and friendly.
The only reason i gave this property a 4 star is that the photos are misleading. This hotel is not connected to the casino at all. To be clear. I did like my stay and had no issues with the hotel or the room or amenities. Just acknowledging the photos do not match to the actual hotel."

"The staff was super helpful and friendly. My room was nice and clean.
Parking was a breeze. Nice mix of new and old machines in the casino. Food at Maggies was good and fast and friendly servers."

"Requested a handicap room.They say they couldn't change it . Assistant manager very rude and so was the maintenance guy our TV did not work so we waited around for about an hour then finally went downstairs and yes if they'd fix it and the guy said that he was too busy he'll get to it when he can. The room was just terrible I I am handicapped and I told them I could not step over in the tub but they wouldn't change it I knew they can cuz my wife used to beat it a gentleman manager for Marriott hotels they can just about do anything. I did request a handicap room when I made my reservation but somehow they said that the front just didn't get and they couldn't change it"
