"Staff were so nice and helpful! Appreciated the WhatsApp communication to ask any questions. Room was spacious and beautiful, with a lovely balcony view. We also liked the kitchen facilities- provided enough if we wanted to make our own food. Also good location as right by the beach and most things were in walking distance. Place has lots of facilities onsite, like shop, gift shop, games room, gym etc"

"Location is the best part. Close to beaches, easy to get to excursions. Apartments were standard, some kitchen appliances a little old. Drying racks in the balcony were helpful. Good swimming pool."

"Great hotel, really helpful staff, well located, good entertainment, great food. Downside is the nightclubs nearby are playing extremely loud music from 11pm so it is very noisy. Another thing is that on the last 2 nights of our stay, the evening entertainment did put the music soo loud that the violin player could not hear herself and it's was a shame as the rest of the week was fantastic. I would recommend more non alcoholic cocktails (especially as I was in all inclusive and don't drink alcohol). Bottles of water would also be greatly appreciated in the room. Beach towel system is a bit confusing. Excellent facilities on the last day as there is a shower room that can be used once room check out done. Overall a great holiday"

We have stayed at Ritz-Carlton hotels around the world, and I can confidently say that The Ritz-Carlton, Tenerife, has once again exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the level of service, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality was simply outstanding. We stayed in The Retreat, in a beautiful One-Bedroom Suite with Ocean View, and the entire experience was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed so warmly and professionally by the staff. We were transported by car to the private check-in area, where we were offered refreshing drinks and made to feel incredibly special.
