"Ideal stay, right in the centre, lovely staff (particularly Jessica at the front desk and the cleaning lady). The bars and restaurants were superb. All very clean, the pool was warm enough and the bed was super comfortable "
"Casa 1810 was a wonderful hotel. Our room was lovely and the area is amazing. I would highly recommend staying in this hotel. We will be back again.!"
"The hotel is very nice and conveniently close to the bus station, which makes it perfect for spending your days out exploring and then coming back for a comfortable night’s sleep. The restaurant on-site is also very convenient, though I wish there were a bit more variety in the menu. That said, the breakfast menue is great – especially the pancakes, which were a highlight."

"Tucked away on a quiet cobblestone street, this charming boutique hotel offers the perfect blend of warmth, elegance, and authenticity. From the moment you step through the wrought-iron gate, you're greeted with lush courtyards, hand-painted tiles, and the scent of fresh bougainvillea. The rooms are thoughtfully decorated with local art and cozy touches, and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Breakfast in the courtyard terrace—is a daily highlight. A true sanctuary in the heart of San Miguel."
"Casa Mía is like staying in a country villa, quiet and serene. Housekeeping is immaculate and staff are very responsive to any questions. It’s close to the Jardín, and dozens of restaurants for all budgets. The kitchenettes make the suites ideal for those who want to hit the mercado and cook at home. We will definitely be back next time we’re in SMdA!!"
"We are four “mature” women and this stat was in the middle of our trip. Two were feeling a bit under the weather so they actually stayed in the hotel the whole time we were there. My other friend and I did take advantage of the shuttle into town.
One day we all hung out at the pool. It’s a beautiful area with comfy lounge chairs and umbrellas and tables. It’s right off the bar/restaurant, which is convenient.
I was bit confused by the room amenities - one apple, one decaf pod of coffee and one regular pod. Maria hooked up these two coffee drinkers with a cup of coffee a day for each with enough cream. She also helped us figure out the coffee machine.
The beds were very comfortable and we loved the decorating in the room and throughout whole hotel. It was always very quiet.
I’d have liked the room a tad cooler, but putting the fan on high and opening the window made it tolerable.
We are most meals there out of necessity and they were fine.
There was a percentage off of meals and spa services due to our Expedia booking, This was great, but you had to go to the front desk every time you wanted one (which meant two times a day due to eating so many of our meals there) which seemed like a cumbersome process. One waiter also only gave me and my roommate a 10% discount, but gave our friends a 20% because there was one check. I think the rest gave 20% each time but when I asked him he told me I was wrong. It wasn’t worth fighting about!
We’d stay there again! "

10/10 Excellent
"Amazing hotel, great architecture, big rooms, everything was perfect.
I think the restaurant/bar could improve its service, it was slow, and the waiters looked angry.
I would come back, but won't use those facilities if possible. "
"The hotel itself 5/5.... Food not so good at the restaurant which I feel like the pictures looked deceiving. The room, the workers were very nice. Very clean. Super comfortable beds"
