"I stayed in a newly renovated Privilege Room, which had access to a private lounge and restaurant offering à la carte menus and breakfast options each day. This add-on was a nice touch and provided a quiet place to enjoy meals away from the busy buffet restaurant. I also liked the spa and the range of treatments. However, all the beaches surrounding the hotel (including the hotel beach at Playa Esmeralda) attract nudists. I found this to be very unpleasant."

"The spa was relaxing but not good value for money. The premium upgrade is basically futile, you’re only entitled to a robe, a couple soft drinks in your fridge and the ability to reserve a spot in a slightly upgraded dining experience. Upon reflection I wish I didn’t upgrade. However my fiance had her birthday and when I disclosed it the staff put in an effort to make her feel special with complimentary cava and a birthday message. "Had a great time. Hotel was excellent. The beaches in this area are by far the best I have ever witnessed. Easy to get sunburned due to the wind so you have to be vigilant. Great holiday."

"Hotel had only 25 to 30 guests out of a capacity of 200 plus. Potentially a lovely place- near good walks and beach, nice grounds and rooms and good gym. But..... The spa which they are still advertising is unusuable €26 to play tennis !! The only vegetarian option at dinner, mushroom ravioli, contained meat ! No vegetarian option at all on 2nd night so we had to eat pasta and tomato sauce Laura was the only saviour as she put on a yoga class and tried to enthuse the small number of guests....
