A lovely hotel in a lovely place. Great value for money. Staff excellent, really nice, friendly helpful and professional. Definitely a hotel we we return to. Big shout out to Ivan on reception, very helpful chap.

Great hotel in a good location

We had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is in a great location for access to the beach and for walking along the promenade.The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent, always jolly and hard working. The food was very good with lots of choices, was not always very hot. The only thing we were disappointed with was the evening entertainment, if you enjoy lots of guitar playing you’ll probably enjoy it.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times now. Twice with our children and this time as a couple. The staff are welcoming and friendly, the rooms are fantastic, the choice of food in the evening is great and the breakfast is a very pleasant experience on the terrace outside, overlooking the pool. Of course there is the usual number of people reserving sun loungers in the morning but there are plenty for everyone especially if you have other things to do in the day as well as enjoying the pool area., the resort seems quite remote but that is part of it’s charm, you can get a transfer to and from the resort and just enjoy what the area has to offer.

A great hotel, with good amenities and a great selection of food and drinks. Rooms are spacious, with super comfortable beds and great balconies. Service is good through out the hotel, however you can occasionally have a long wait to be served as operationally different members of the team have different roles within the service which does not always work as smoothly as it should.

Excellent hotel. Lovely set up with rooms around the pool and protection from the wind. Great food and brilliant service. The only downside was the gym could do with better equipment and layout.

We miss this hotel already!!

Check in took quite some time. The rest of the stay was just fantastic. The room was super nice, with loads of space. The bathroom had everything you needed and good water strength. Worked as it should. We were blessed with an amazing view of the beach and the lighthouse (we had room on the 5th floor). Breakfast was just amazing!! Loads of alternatives and my husband and I adored the fresh squeezed orange juice machine!. Lunch (a la cart) was a disappointment...worse entrecote we have EVER tasted..We didn't try dinner there as there are so many restaurants around the hotel but the restaurant is very nice and offers both inside and outside options for sitting. The hotel offers live music in the evenings. The belgian guy "Bim" was a true pleasure to hear singing and playing the saxophone and flutes with the band. The guitarist' voice..not as good. Special thanks to Bregoña for the kindness and the younger girl working at the bar. All in all, this is a hotel that has everything. Location is perfect, service is really good, rooms are fantastic, breakfast is royal, pool is great (a bit too cold even us coming from Sweden) but still we are coming back next summer! I highly recommend this hotel

The cleaners did a good job. The waiting on staff were generally terrible (complaint had to be put in for one of them) and the entertainment was very poor. Add in the fact a very dated and sexist policy that meant to enjoy an evening meal at the hotel all men had to wear trousers and you can see why the low stars for the review.

Essen Abends lauwarm. Abendessen kein 4 Sterne Niveau. Tennisplätze waren mit Katzenkacke verschmutzt. Taubenkacke auf den Sonnenschirmen. Fliesen am Swimmingpool sowie Liegen und Beistelltische werden nicht regelmäßig gereinigt. Personal sehr freundlich. Bar sowie Alacard Restaurant sehr gut.

Mit Ausnahme des Spa-Bereichs sehr empfehlenswert

Essen ist ok. Betten sind ok. Fast alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Es ist sehr ruhig und entspannt. Leider gab es im Spa gerade Sanierungsarbeiten, was diesen Bereich ungenießbar machte.

Super Lage! Riesiger Strand in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Superior Zimmer mit großem Balkon und Liegen. Am Pool immer genug Liegen frei, das „Reservieren“ der Liegen wird vom Personal aktiv eingedämmt.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel, zwar in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und nett. Das Speisenangebot könnte ein wenig mehr Auswahl bieten und das Essen sollte heiß bzw warm und nicht lauwarm sein.

Hôtel propre, calme. Idéal pour se reposer. Nous étions en demi pension et la nourriture proposée était très bonnz et variée. Le personnel état très sympathique. Il y a une animation chaque soir mais c'est souvent des musiciens. Il n'y a pas d'autres animations. Mais le cadre est très joli. La plage est en face de l'hôtel à 10 mn à pied. En effet il y'a d'abord un passage à emprunter pour aller jusqu'au phare.. Attention il faut un pantalon pour les hommes pour aller manger le soir. Le. SPA est agréable mais mériterait se pouvoir être légèrement rénové. Sinon on a passé un bon séjour.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Vor allem die Ruhe und Sauberkeit sind positiv zu Erwähnen. Es gibt keine Animation am Pool und die Getränke an der Bar waren immer sehr gut.
