The windows were extremely dirty. The rooms had a funky smell and poorly cleaned. In fact we found a quarter on the floor so we are relatively sure they were not vacuumed. One day of our stay the room was not serviced at all and we had to request clean towels. The weekend kitchen staff was not real friendly or motivated. Many breakfast items were cold and the tables were not cleaned. The silverware was literally the dirtiest I have ever seen in an eating establishment anywhere in the world! The breakfast staff on Monday morning was engaged, cheerful, and cleaning constantly.

It is an older hotel. The room was adequate. The plumbing was aged, but adequate. The person next door was either smoking a pipe or vaping on and off all night - despite our complaints to the desk. The smell was very strong. The ventilation was good enough to remove the smell within an hour. We will pay a little more to stay at a newer place next time.

Pool heater wasn’t working and then pool closed. The “game room” is just that. There’s a pool table and table games. Nothing electronic like an arcade. It took several requests to receive clean towels. The beds are terrible. Every time I moved I could hear the spring in the bed. The pictures definitely make the rooms appear nicer than they actually are in person.

This is my second stay at this hotel and both times were super enjoyable being both long and shorter stays. Staff is always nice and helpful. I only wished I could stream apps or video from my device, but that’s a luxury nitpick. You can’t beat the random of cable tv. Will stay here next time I’m in again!

this is our second time here and both times we were greeted by Ernesto. he's very nice and efficient and super friendly. our beds are very comfy and the rooms are clean and spacious. the hotel has a heated pool and it stays open til 10pm. the hotel is about 5 min away from the Cielo Vista Mall and The Fountain. will most definitely be back soon
