Very clean room with a great view. Only thing to watch out for is the rug, both my husband and I tripped over the edge of it. Would stay again!

Extended Stay America Select Suites - Phoenix - Peoria - Sun City
The room was clean and the front desk check in person was very friendly. Overall this is basically a place where locals seem to stay as a rental alternative. There was nothing terrible just not what we expected.
