Only the best quality of everything is used in this brand new just built hotel that offers much more than a Double Tree class of accommodation. Deserves hotel level classification. Stunning landscaping and plants, beautiful pool and close to the best beach in El Gouna. The warmth and hospitality of amazing Chef Amr Darwish and Mr. Helmy and their staff (Wagdy at the restaurant) is unparalleled and made us feel truly special. We cannot thank them enough for the wonderful services and conversations we had with them during our visit. From special favorite desserts prepared right at our table to food made especially for us. All this added to our wonderful experience there. Thank you for your care and special attention. Highly recommended for anyone visiting El Gouna. "

"Everything was perfect "

"Nice, big room and bathroom with instant hot shower water. With a view to the sea and everything within walking distance: the beach, the pool and the restaurants. Food has been of very good quality at the main restaurant, and a visit to the a la carte restaurant is recommended. The day activities and the night show were really good. The marinas downtown are very nice with cosy cafes and restaurants and it's only a short ride with a tuk-tuk. Overall, a great experience!"

"Hotel is pretty straightforward - small, clean and practical room. The staff were very friendly, but clearly not the top of the service pool. We could hear the housekeeping staff arguing in the neighboring room on our second day using pretty foul language. I requested an extra clean towel from. The housekeeping staff, he reached into a linen bag on the floor to grab me a towel from a large heap of towels. Some noise from the Marina, but I guess that's normal given we were there during peak season. "
