"The vibe was great! I loved my room. Marco at the lobby was super helpful! The food and drinks were great. I just wish that food and drink service wasn’t so short lived. From Monday to Thursday, when we stayed, both the restaurant and the bar were opened from 8:30 to 1. I’m not sure if it was the same for the weekend, still for the bar at least, it seemed strange. Who’s going to be in the bar at 9am lol
I also wish that wish that there was at least a fridge for my room, since we would have to...

"Sugiero que se este más al pendiente de las reservaciones en línea para que la espera en el check-in sea menos; la verdad es que no me agrado mucho que a nuestra llegada la habitación no estuviera lista y que por ello nos hayan dado otra habitación, entiendo que hayan tenido contratiempos pero creo que fueron bastantes en nuestra estancia, ya que también tuvimos escases de agua por no decir nula. "The cleaning lady was nice.
The property pictured in the ads has nothing to do with the crude reality. We expect it a newer construction nicely kept but we found a decrepit old building, the tiles in the common areas uneven, the pool edges have never been brushed. The sea view from the second bedroom was obstructed with construction next door, the glass on the “balcony” was filthy…it’s a shame that you do business with such a horrible place."
