Would you like for your vacations to turn into a disaster? STAY HERE IF YES! As shown in pictures, the hotel thinks this is an acceptable room. In my opinion, this is a biological hazard Staff is nice, but this is disgusting and owners should be ashamed. DO NOT STAY HERE.

No security. Broken windows - glass, missing locks, beehives on windows, lots of mosquitoes enter your room, horrible food... the list goes on. Poorly managed, rude staff.

A las habitaciones tanto interior como exterior les falta mucho mantenimiento. No hay WiFi en las habitaciones, solo en ciertos lugares como el comedor, alberca y recepción, e incluso ahí falla muy seguido. El personal es sumamente atentos y amables desde recepcionistas hasta los que hacen mantenimiento, camareras, meseras. La comida, como las cenas buffet son más o menos aceptables, los desayunos excelentes.

Todo bien solo el bar de playa en la noche la chava que esta ahi pone musica mala y las bebidas mas malas, llego el Dj de la noche y la musica peor horrenda que asco deverdad tan bonita vista y tan malas bebidas y horrenda musica.Tambien deverian de cuidar mas a los gatitos que rondan en el hotel le dan una comodidad linda y los huespedes respetarlos, de ahi en mas todo exelente muy limpio y entretenido.

El hotel está muy deteriorado, a mí esposa le picaron chiches, ofrecen buffet y solo había 2 guisados y guarniciones de pésima calidad, ofrecen muchas actividades y todo está en reparación

La habitación en general estaba bien, solo el baño tenia fuga y la regadera estaba tapada, el personal amable, solo que siento que falta mas personal en áreas de bebidas y snack, dejan a una sola persona y no se da abasto y lo que observe que trabajan todo el día jornadas pesadas para la actividad que hacen.

El hotel bastante descuidado, las habitaciones súper confusas, las regaderas en las habitaciones llenas de moho, la comida no es ni buena ni variada, los camastros al rededor de las albercas no son suficientes, los snacks súper simples, el entrenamiento ni fu ni fa, las barras de bebida siempre tuvieron mil de fila, las canchas y el minigolf súper deteriorados.. realmente no le vi nada rescatable, no lo recomiendo y no volvería.

Me agradó que el personal es muy atento, dan un muy buen servicio, en cuanto la propiedad en las habitaciones deberían de renovar cosas como los baños, el televisor no se veían muchos de los canales pero en cuanto calidad precio está muy bien

El personal muy atento del restauran, el chico de recepción muy atento y al pendiente del huésped. La comida muy rica del restaurante. Con respecto a las instalación muy deteriorado falta mantenimiento en habitación ( humedad, moho en las paredes, llaves del baño descompuesto, muebles de la habitación descompuestos)
