"The reason for the terrible rating is - No meal at the Hotel so I ask the reception where I could eat, they pointed me in the direction of a local bar. Had something to eat there at 21:00hrs and by 23:00hrs I was having terrible stomach pains. (before eating at this bar I had had a continental breakfast before leaving the ship at Bilbao) By 02:00hrs diahorrea makes an appearance. "Value for money. Suitable for a stop over or a quick trip. The room was spacious and had plenty of plug sockets with a TV. But the toilet flush was broken and so was the shower head tube. Quick response from host when we had questions. Was a bit misled with parking as there is actually no on site parking, just street parking (most of which isn’t free)"

"I have used this hotel many times but they have now introduced a virtual key access system to enter the hotel at check in. The system didn’t work and it took over 2 hours, after speaking to numerous people via telephone, to gain access. Never again will I stay here. "

"The major advantages of the hotel are its proximity to the old city and a spacious free parking. Rooms are quite big, bathrooms are gorgeous (it is not a joke). Everything is pretty clean. However, a hint of some obsolescence is still present."
