We also had a studio for two, which I would not recommend for a longer stay, as the room was very small. And while we enjoyed the amenities, including the gym and sauna, the beach was not very good, rocky and difficult to walk along (plus nowhere to walk to to). If you are visiting the coast, I suggest finding a location closer to a city...

"Great view from the property. We liked the place overall. They have onsite parking for a fee or you can park on the street which is not busy since this hotel has a rural location. The only annoying thing we found was that the pool "closes" at a certain time (7 pm comes to mind) and they literally put up a fince around it to keep everyone out. In the morning the pool is not available until almost noon. The town of Mijas seems like a total tourist trap but has some decent food if you can find the place! The town is built into a hill and the streets are steep and winding. Free parking is limited but there is a garage if all else fails."
