"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment in Barcelona. The location is unbeatable – with a metro station just around the corner, getting around the city was incredibly easy. "Underwhelming check in at the reception. Staffs are not friendly. Upon going in the room, I call the desk for a potential upgrade as someone message me if I wanted to upgrade for extra cost to have a view of the Sagrada which I accepted and happy to pay for. The receptionist laughed at me, did try to explain that it was an automatic message although it was signed by the staff name Veronica. I asked again if there’s a room I can upgrade to the staff replied “I don’t think so” with laughter in her tone. Not great service. This is one of the few review or possibly the first time I ever write a negative feedback and I travel and stay in hotels quite a lot. Only staff were great are in the breakfast shift. "
