"Filthy room with dirty sheets, dishes, horrible smell. Unhelpful staff except for Thomas. Breakfast was mediocre at best with no tags as to what is was and trust me there were some questionable offerings."

"Took 45 minutes to checkin due to computer issues. First room offered smelled like smoke and was refused. Crib had been requested and confirmed a couple days earlier but was not setup in room. I had to insist that staff find one and set it up in the second room. Staff needed to be asked to do everything and acted like they were doing me a favor. For 250/night! "

"We were there for a 1 night stay. Through our Hotels.Com booking, we received a $20 coupon to use in the hotel. Ok, we figured let have a couple of glasses of wine @the Bar before leaving for dinner. We requested Bar level wines (not too shelf) which were presented nicely. To our dismay, the cost of each glass of wine was $20. So, the bill was $40 + a $5 tip. We found that to be exorbitant. On checkout, we complained about the pricing but the front desk would/could not do anything to reduce that, claiming no Manager was available to assist. We were then directed to the Food Manager who also would/could not assisted but took our info and explained they would be alerted to our complaint. Waiting for a call. "

"The hotel is currently under construction, which I understand can be part of improving guest experience—but this was not communicated in advance. A simple heads-up would have allowed me to plan accordingly. I specifically chose this hotel for the on-site restaurant, which was closed for renovations, forcing me to leave the property for every meal. In addition to this inconvenience, there appear to be long-term residents occupying the hotel floor (1st floor). Unfortunately, one of them was placed next to my room and created an ongoing disturbance—loud TV at all hours, frequent shouting, and use of inappropriate language toward others, including staff. While the staff were polite and attempted to intervene, the only solution offered was to relocate me to a different room. This required me to compromise on the room type I originally booked, as comparable options were unavailable. Additionally, no compensation or discount was offered for the disruption and inconvenience caused. The overall experience was uncomfortable, and based on how it was handled, it did not seem like an isolated issue. Soundproofing is minimal, so your experience largely depends on who is placed near you. It’s unfortunate, but I would be cautious when booking here. At this time, I will be reconsidering future stays."
