"We stayed one night after landing at NRT on the way to Nikko
It's a shipping container but it's extremely comfortable & clean
Gentleman at our late check in was friendly
Can't be faulted for one night "

"Staff was great and held our bags as we were really early. They did offer early check in but at 2200 yen per hour. We went and got food and came back and they were ready for us. Only thing I recommend is 3-4 towels in the room instead of two. When using the spa you need to take your own towel and I accidentally dropped mine in the shower and didn’t have a replacement in the room. Room has tea and bottled water a plus. "
"The room is clean, well design and big compared to Japanese standard room.
Like the toilet separate from shower room.
Staff are courteous and attentive. Easy check in and check out through their booths."
"This was rated as a 3-star hotel in Japan. However, it would be a 5-star property in the USA. I have traveled all over the world, and this is one of the finest hotels I have ever visited. Exceptionally well managed, with a wonderful staff, I will definitely be back!"
"Nice clean room. Good air filters and air conditioning. Polite staff. Located right by the train station, so easy to get to. Did not hear outside sounds in the room. Would stay here again if in the area. "
