Room is clean and comfortable but location is really way off. Also, they were not clear with their communication of breakfast timing. Upon check-in, was told 7-9am for breakfast, but the next day, was told it’s 7-8am, and so we didn’t have breakfast.

とても施設がきれいでお部屋も広く快適です。朝食は景色を見ながらのんびりでき、味もとてもよかったです。 夜着いたので少々場所が暗くてわかりずらかったので、案内標識などあるとよいと思いました。

コテージは、本館から数十メートル先に位置した隠れ家のような空間。内線がないので、フロントへの用事は レストランは貸し切りのため使えず。施設付近の飲食店も限られるため、当日に利用できるか事前に確認しておいた方が無難です。

お風呂が残念。

施設自体は綺麗でした。 レストランの食事も美味しかったです。 スタッフの方の対応も良かったです。 1つとても残念だったのが、お風呂です。 17時に入った時湯船がぬるく、シャワーを浴びている方が温かいくらいでした。（常に換気扇が回ってました） 子供達も寒くて湯船に浸かっていられませんでした。 しかし、朝の8時に主人が湯船に入ったら熱くて入っていられなかったそうです。 掛け流しのお風呂ではなかったので、朝熱いお湯を入れて、冷めてきては熱いお湯を足してる感じなのかなと思いました。 子供達がお風呂を楽しみに行ったので残念でした。

足利フラワーパークに藤を見に行くのに利用した。 スタッフは皆、親切な対応をしてくれた。 館内の客室に空きは無かった様でトレーラーハウスの宿泊だった。 覚悟はしていたがやはり狭かったがとても清潔な部屋だった。 部屋はレイクビューでバルコニーは清々しい。 平日は大浴場が使えなかったのが残念でならない。 部屋にはシャワーしかないので湯船に浸かることはできなかった。

トレーラーハウス自体は快適には過ごせたが、ハンガータオル掛けがないため入浴後は濡れたタオルをかけるところがなく置き場所に困る。狭いので仕方がないのかもしれないが。。。

交通手段はやや不便ですが、車で来ることができれば最高の立地です。近隣にはつつじが岡公園や、ぶんぶく茶釜の里の茂林寺がありますし、おいしいラーメン屋さん、スーパーがあります。何より、ホテルのスタッフの方が多忙ながらも親切に接してくださったのがうれしかったです。またお世話になりたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

2月の上旬くらい迄は、目の前の沼で白鳥を見ることが出来るそうですが、私は2月下旬だったので、沢山のカモだけでした。お部屋やレストランから沼を見ることが出来ます。桜の樹が沼に沿って植えられており、桜の時期にはとても綺麗だろうと思いました。

平日に宿泊しました。 とても静かでおちついたところでした。 食事処からは城沼での鳥たち白鳥鴨など がみれて癒されました。朝ご飯もバランスよくて美味しいかったです。 施設もすごくきれい！あたらしいきれい また近くにくる機会があればまたこちら利用をしたいなと思いました。
