"Wir haben uns während unseres Kurzurlaubes rundum wohlgefühlt .Das Zimmer lag im 2.Stock,gut mit dem Lift zu erreichen. Die Verpflegung war auch sehr gut und die Mitarbeiter allesamt sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend . Außerdem gab es in Mühlhausen so viel zu sehen, so daß wir bestimmt noch Mal wiederkommen würden."

"We had booked a room at the hotel, but it turned out the room was located in a separate 4 room cottage down a trail where we had to drive by car. We did not feel comfortable there, and room was relatively expensive. Therefore we drove back to the reception to ask for a room at the main hotel. In the reception they claimed that we had booked a room in the cottage. But no cottages were shown at booking by pictures or in writing, nor in our confirmation.
