"Great hotel very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Friendly stuff. Good food, tasty but Menu is short. Unfortunately nobody from staff speak english , even on the reception. No english menu. Therme which was included to the room price, is open till 20:30, at least that what was written, however I have tried to go at 19:30, and the door to Therme was closed.As they are claiming this is a four star hotel, they shall put more efforts for international customers."

"Leider wurde die anfängliche Begeisterung über eine vermeintlich sehr schön gelegene Ferienwohnung schnell getrübt. Bei der Buchung und auf der Buchungsbestätigung war für die Wohnung immer die Adresse des Hotels angegeben, sprich mitten im Ort, direkt am Kurpark gelegen. Nach der Buchung bekamen wir eine automatische Nachricht, dass die Wohnung 2km vom Hotel entfernt sei. "Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, obwohl wir für die Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption zu spät waren. Zimmer vielleicht ein bisschen klein, dafür mit Kühlschrank und Balkon. Außerdem ein frisches leckeres Frühstück mit allem was man sich wünscht. Auscheckzeit um 10:30 im Urlaub fanden wir früh, aber hier war man bei etwas Verspätung kulant.
