"Excellent staff, very attentive, super friendly, very helpful and the MOST important is that they know a lot of different languages and can help all their clients feel more welcome! 👏👏👏 cuddles to the young lady in the front desk, very smart and multi language. To the lady that cleaned our suite, you always did an excellent job!!! Thank you! I’ll definitely come back again plus is very close to attractions. "

"My second visit to this superbly located hotel. The rooms are very confortable and always provided a good night's sleep. The spa is good too. One observation I have is that they need more reception staff - the ones they have seem to spend all their time in the back room and there's no obvious way (like a bell) to let them know you are waiting. On my previous visit, someone was always visibly on the desk. Nonetheless this remains one of my favourite hotels in Paris and I hope to return soon. "
