"Staff were lovely - very welcoming. Room was clean and well equipped. It was fantastic having 2 linked rooms to share as a family. We stayed in August and it was very hot without air conditioning. We couldn't prop the window open to cool the room and despite comfortable beds none of us slept well. The breakfast in the morning was expensive and the pineapple was fizzy/acoholic/off."

We were escorted to our room with two liters of filtered water, and shown how to operate the room temperature control and TV (this was a first in all my years of travel!).
