"Room was smaller than average, especially the bathroom, but very comfy, clean and a quiet nights sleep. Nice pillows, good air conditioning (much appreciated), plenty of tea and coffee, etc, no complaints! Hadn’t realised there was a station at Shepherds Bush Market (directly next to the hotel) so found a much quicker, direct route back to Paddington for the way out. "Our family of five recently spent a week in London at the Hilton London Metropole. We had a fabulous time! Amir helpfully emailed with us before our trip. Omar was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, The breakfast was delicious and well worth the extra money! Vasimin oversaw each morning's delicious breakfast and was friendly and kind every day! This hotel is conveniently located near bus stops and tube stations making travel about the city easy. Our family of 5 including 3 teenagers had plenty of room in the Family Room. I would definitely stay here again."
