The three elevators were small, which was hard if you were bringing a cart up or down, but even with 17 floors, it was quick to get around. Parking was $30, but that’s the going rate downtown. Parking was easy, super safe, and convenient. Breakfast was excellent! Huge variation, really well done. Rooms was nice, small and older, but well kept and maintained. Would have liked a microwave. "Large king room with sofa bed. Evening reception with beer and wine was good. Only food options were tortilla chips, potato chips and pretzels. There was also nacho cheese and salsa. Nice walkable location. Breakfast was good. Had waffles, biscuits, gravy, sausage, eggs, oatmeal and pastries. "

"We did have breakfast that morning. It was very good as well. Had no problem parking that night. Last-minute decision after a canceled flight that was going to leave till the next morning so we came right in and felt very good about the stay"

"The elevator was broken. My room was on 3rd floor. I had to wait upon checkin for my room to be ready. Options for breakfast was non-existent. The hallways smelled like marijuana. The experience was not good."

"The person at check in counter was on her cellphone the whole time of check in. Couldn't tell who she was talking to most of the time. She also charged for the room a second time even though it had already been paid for online. Not focused on her job too busy carrying on conversation on the cellphone. "
