I do not expect much from a budget motel but this place is terrible. There was trash EVERYWHERE! It was overflowing out of every garbage can, stacked beside them and littered all over the grounds. Right when I stepped off the elevator to the 2nd floor, I was treated by overflowing trash that smelled like it had been there a long time. The dog waste bin outside was so full I wasn’t able to throw anything in it.

Disgusting and Dangerous!

This place is disgusting! DO NOT STAY HERE! Not only do you feel like you’re in the hood, be prepared to get second hand high from how strong the weed smell is!!! Just while checking in there was a lady complaining her car got broken in to.

Good for the money. Fair rates only complaint is the re we flies in the window and on the floor near the window. A few stains on the curtains and a hole in the sheets. Think there should be a comforter that is thicker.

The bathroom was really nasty. No microwave no refrigerator. Overall the hotel was not worth the price of $80 unfortunately we experience a severe thunderstorm and when we checked in we didn't have power for 3 hours

It looked like there was some recent renovations as there was caulk or paint left in the bathroom sink and tub. Beds and floors were clean. Online it said breakfast was included but they did not have breakfast available. Did not have coffee or water available when we checked in but did have it in the morning. The price was very reasonable. Staff was distracted and not very friendly at check in.

The room they put us in had a nasty bathroom (feces in the toilet, towels all over the floor). They promptly put us in another room. The beds were clean, but extremely uncomfortable. No microwave or refrigerator in our room as stated when we booked it. I would not stay here again.

No so nice

The staff was very friendly. Our room was dirty. There was a dead bug on the wall by the toilet, The room smelled like an ash try (it was a no smoking room). There was two regular sheets on the bed, no fitted sheet and there was trash under the bed. The TV was not working right, it had nine weight lights shinning in picture.

It was cheap - worth it to you?

Overall the experience was okay. The room was pretty outdated and not very clean, but there wasn't anything bad enough for me to request a new room. If I would have had to pay the difference in price between this and an IHG room in order to improve to those standards I don't think I would have.. and to me, that's what determines if it was worth the stay. That will depend on the person; I know people who would have definitely left the room right away (sticky remote, water marks on counter, several places with something on the surface that could have easily been wiped off etc) I don't expect I'll return.. it was just okay.

This was the dirtiest and most unfriendly place I have ever stayed Had to ask for another room due to first room smelling so bad the second room not much better; my brother and his friend had 2 nights but after the first they didn’t go back because their room was so bad…the whole hotel stunk Also when I asked for another room the girl at the desk became very unfriendly and instead of handing me my new room key she just dropped it down on the counter top

Just needed a place to sleep for about 8 hours. Heavy police presence when we arrived, though no indication of why. Drunk guy in the lobby yelling about active shooters (being the reason for the police). A/C made a horrible rattling sound, so couldn’t use it. Walls, sheets, pillows, towels, all paper thin. Terrible water pressure in bathroom sink. Bathroom was nice - looks like they recently renovated. Dirty smears on the light switch. You can hear everything going on in the hotel and outside - I had to use my white noise app on my phone just to get some sleep. Didn’t expect much. Got what I expected.
