The building is not well kept, its old , dirty , our couch had stains on it , the hallway to the very small sketchy elevator smelled like cigarettes. The staff was ok , bed was comfy , would not stay here again

The location and surrounding amenities are perfect. Lots of places to eat and coffee shops. It’s just over 8 kms to Roger’s as well. The rooms require a major update and overall are in poor condition. They were however relatively clean and acceptable as far as that is concerned. Due to this I feel it is overpriced.

The room was as clean as it could be. The condition was old and warn out. The carpet smell was old. There is no private and every word in hallways is audible. The staff were friendly. The mattress was clean but lumpy with coil springs at the surface. The hotel is easy access in and out of Edmonton.
