The staff were incredibly accommodating from check-in to check-out. Their warm hospitality and professionalism truly exceeded my expectations. This is my third time staying at this hotel this year, and every visit has been consistently excellent. The hotel’s cleanliness is outstanding, and the staff always go above and beyond to make every stay comfortable and memorable. A special thanks to the manager Mostaba , who has been exceptionally helpful every time I check in and check out. Their dedication and excellent customer service are truly commendable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, a clean and comfortable stay.

Nice clean property, got annoyed because a family turned up with about 20 suitcases which were blocking the main access. Room is not cleaned daily so no coffee replacement. Had to ask reception but it took a while to got some extra coffee etc. Also room key stopped working daily which was annoying as I had go down to reception again to get it reset. Good local access to food, drinks.

The front desk staff was polite and friendly when checking in and helped sort out my room situation. Housekeeping staff were rude when asked for towels because there were no towels in the room (they were down to one washer & one dryer) and when front desk arrived with the requested towels, only 1 bath towel was provided with two adults in the room (it appeared that she didn’t believe me when I said there were no bath towels and told her she could look herself). The other requested towels arrived shortly after. Floors were dirty and not vacuumed. No coffee or tea in the breakfast room ( I was told by the morning front desk staff member “that’s why there are coffee pots in the rooms”). Unfortunately, due to the way the rooms were not cleaned properly and dealing with some unfriendly & rude staff, we will NOT be staying at this hotel again.

Place was great considering my air b and b cancelled because of a basement flood when I got there. I stayed in a one queen bed standard room. It was nicely renovated. The staff was helpful. The sink water did not smell great but the shower water was fine so not sure what that was about. It said breakfast included but there was no breakfast. With the new renovation, the breakfast was not set up yet. It isn’t the greatest part of town but I never felt unsafe. Parking was great. The cleaning staff came in when requested, however they never wiped anything like the counter or bedside table. I asked them to do so and they made my bed and emptied my garbage. I finally just asked for a cloth to wipe the counter and bed side table. I would stay there again but not for the price they wanted at the front desk. Way cheaper on Expedia.

The pillows were not great at all. Bring your own pillow. The tv did not work for the Roku. The rooms were deceptive as they are the size of an office. They were clean and tidy, which was good to see. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette was a nice add to have with dishes available to use.

The room seemed new - no wear and tear and spotlessly clean. My one complaint lies not with the management but the builder. My floor had a pronounced hump which put stress on the laminate flooring that squeaked every time I moved on it. Not a big deal for me but I felt bad for the occupants below. I did my best to be quiet at my 0500 rise and exit but... there were still some squeaks. The location was quite convenient for both getting down to Whyte Ave and for leaving the city.
