Great room for the money. Clean, updated and no carpet. The bed was comfortable and clean. Kitchenette worked lovely and the staff was helpful. The area isn’t an ideal location but was very close to the west Edmonton mall!

For the price, I feel like you can't go wrong, however the neighboring properties are very run down, dirty and smelly. Does have a couple fast food options right across the street, and a nice lobby, but the rooms are very dated and any updates done are a handyman special..... Can't open the bathroom vanity if the bathroom door is open, microwave doesn't open because tile is too close to the hinges etc.

Lobby is on the main floor. Rest of main floor is designated for a day care and another future business. Rooms are all on 2nd and 3rd. Pros: Clean. Friendly and accommodating staff. Easy access to and from the hotel. Close to West Edmonton mall and other shopping attractions. Cons: Lacking simple amenities such as ice and vending machines.

POSITIVE : Rooms are renovated and clean. Easy road access & free parking. Fast food restaurants nearby. NEGATIVE : Somewhat cold, uninterested, junior and apparently untrained front desk personnel. No kitchenette as shown on reservation site pictures. Very thin walls… Had to ask for housekeeping, fresh towels, extra coffee & coffee cups after two days. Shower water pressure is dismal & cold faucet water is almost as warm as its hot counterpart.
