The hotel was close to the Commonwealth centre where we attended a concert, so getting there and back by taxi was quick. The Queen room was quite small but very clean. All we needed for our 1 night stay. It was also very quiet although we stayed on a Sunday night. Easy check in and out. Was very reasonably priced considering the event we attended resulted in the hotel rates to go up. Would definitely stay here again if we attended another concert

The floor was warped in our room the location of this hotel was a bad area experiance a od at the McDonalds across the street and definatly didn't feel safe and secure in this area. We had no hot water in our room the beds were comfortable and it was spacious and clean.

Overall for the price, the Ramada by Wyndham was a great deal. It definitely has quirks like comically unlevel floors and a chewed out hole for the one outlet. However, the size of the room and the actual cleanliness was great. The staff was super friendly, parking was right in front, the main doors require a hotel key to get in so there's added security. The only recommendation I have is to provide a bedside lamp. Maybe it was just the room we were in, but we didn't have one.

The staff were incredibly accommodating from check-in to check-out. Their warm hospitality and professionalism truly exceeded my expectations. This is my third time staying at this hotel this year, and every visit has been consistently excellent. The hotel’s cleanliness is outstanding, and the staff always go above and beyond to make every stay comfortable and memorable. A special thanks to the manager Mostaba , who has been exceptionally helpful every time I check in and check out. Their dedication and excellent customer service are truly commendable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, a clean and comfortable stay.

Our overall stay here was good . If you are hoping to save money with their continental breakfast this is not the place to go . Only a few muffins or pastries and oranges for . Second day they had juice apple and orange . Coffee was very cold which was even more disappointing. The area was ok had to get let it the building from the desk or use your keycard to keep the people in this area out . McDonald’s Was across the street which was handy for breakfasts with all our kidlets . The kitchens were very small the oven in one room Was brand new but burnt what we cooked in it and didn’t cook the other stuff . Very few dishes to use but we were smart and brought disposable plates and cutlery . The fridge was also small So don’t buy food for a few days at a time if you are planning on eating there as the freezer space in the mini fridge was. Wry small and iced up . The staff were very friendly .

Nice clean property, got annoyed because a family turned up with about 20 suitcases which were blocking the main access. Room is not cleaned daily so no coffee replacement. Had to ask reception but it took a while to got some extra coffee etc. Also room key stopped working daily which was annoying as I had go down to reception again to get it reset. Good local access to food, drinks.
