"We arrived close to 1 am and was told that the king room we had reserved wasn't available and normally 2 queens would be fine but we had had a week of not getting the room we wanted so I was upset. The 2 staff members working could tell I was sad so they upgradedus to the kitchenette room that had you guessed a King bed. They were great and made the end of our holiday perfect. Thank you Ansh and Kawal it was greatly appreciated."

"The whole thing was just “meh”. Nice enough, I guess. Parking is $30 extra per day which they didn’t mention until I checked in. But they did waive one day parking when I mentioned it. Neighborhood is typical downtown vibe, complete with random shouting, swearing, and homeless approaching. Centrally located, close to lots of stuff. Beds were comfy, elevators are slow, nothing special, and a bit overpriced. Will choose another place next time."
