Holiday Inn Edinburgh by IHG
Breakfast was great, staff lovely. Leisure suite changing area not clean towards end of the day. I lifted screws off the ground and gave them to the staff. The restaurant at night was a bit of shambles, although both the tables next to me had hour long waits, my own meal came fairly quickly.

Moxy Edinburgh Airport
I always stay at the Moxy before flying and have probably had 10 stays if not more. Great location for getting to the airport and very cool bar/lounge area in the evenings. Friendly staff and decent rooms.

CODE - The Court, Edinburgh
Incredible location, five minute walk from the train station (though uphill) and right in Old Town. Place is clean and stylish, and the jail cell rooms are charming. Laundry was a plus.
