"Everything was great. Our room was clean and everything worked well. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was only, well, what can I say for the price of the room. Parking was convenient. We were in the back lot which was incredibly well lit. It's so conveniet to the train yet we never heard it doe to great insulation."

"It worked for me but be aware that there is a lot of traffic noise in the rooms facing onto the 101. For light sleepers like me that is a deal breaker. I moved to a courtyard room and it was fine. Comfortable beds and pillows, a fridge in the room but alas no microwave. I would stay again! "

"This is a basic room. It’s fine. No microwave, sometimes no fridge, no coffee maker, no iron, pillows are the cheapest you can get, mattresses are worn. And yet it works for me! "

"Stayed for 4 nights, and not a single day was the room cleaned. I even called the front desk to ask about it, only to be told my room was “not on the cleaning list.” When I asked why, they couldn’t give a clear answer. I then asked if they could add my room to the list, and they said no. On top of that, I was charged for parking every day, which was never clearly communicated in advance. Overall, very disappointing experience. Lack of basic housekeeping and poor communication made the stay frustrating. I would not stay here again."

"Breakfast was disappointing. We usually book here bc it’s decent. The milk was spoiled, the pancake machine worked but they wouldn’t fill with batter. Biscuits and eggs all burnt. Hard boiled eggs were all opened and in a bowl. Usually packaged. Their new coffee machines are amazing but these ones offered extremely watered down coffee and the creamers were all crusty and just unclean coffee bar area. The same mess on the counter from check in to check out."

"Hello. This time, I wasn't happy with my stay. My girlfriend and I always go there to have a pleasant time; this isn't the first time we've stayed there, and we've never had any issues before. However, this time, someone came to tell us to keep our voices down and lower the TV volume. I feel that I pay for my stay precisely so I *don't* have to deal with problems like that. Next time, please put us in a room where we won't run into any issues."

"This is not a hotel, it's a motel. And though there are some cute photos in the rooms, it is very basic, a little shabby, and loud due to low sound-proofing. The internet was fine, but not fast enough for a Zoom call."
