"This room is extremely clean and I love the decor. Check in with super easy. Nobu restaurant is always amazing. Staff was very friendly and cordial and very accommodating. But I have to admit I wasn’t too excited about the food at the pool and at the ocean social I feel that it lacked flavor. Everything just needed to touch more salt that was it. But aside from that hundred percent recommend this hotel."

"We are a party of four. Our cruiseship arrived in the morning and we disembarked at 10:30 am. When we arrived at the hotel to check in, we were expecting to just check in our luggages until the 3:00 pm check in time. To our surprise, there was a room ready for us so we were able to drop our luggages into the room and then, we were able to go out in peace knowing that we could stay out and not have to worry about returning at 3:00 to check in. We were impressed by how friendly the lady at the desk was. When we returned in the evening, she welcomed us back and told us about the free shuttle bus back to the airport. However, we were surprised that there were no cups provided in the rooms to brush our teeth and if we wanted cups, we’d have to go to the lobby to get them. "
