"We stayed here for only one night but it was so cosy and clean, we really enjoyed it. We were celebrating our engagement and the host upgraded our room to a lake view to congratulate us. "We reserved at one of the Chalets and had a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly and the food was delicious. The funicular was convenient for going to Evian. "

"Ich war sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Bad war unzureichend gereinigt, und als wir reklamierten, wurde uns vom Direktor gesagt, wir sollten froh über das fliessende Wasser sein. Nachgereinigt wurde nicht. Wir mussten den Boden im Bad selbst mit einem Tuch reinigen, das danach komplett schmutzig war.
