"Stay was convenient. Although i did try to contact staff by email and phone i had no luck. But i also didnt book directly with the hostel so its not their fault either. Luckily there was somoene willing to help get in contact with staff. Bedding was comfortable enough, room was provided with air conditioning. But all in all its totally fine for a short stay. Right next to family mart and easy self check in ~ bonus!! "

"The property is very nice and had no problems with staff. They were very nice and helpful. However, for those looking to access public transportation this hotel is not for you. I didn’t realize how far away this hotel was from bus stops or train stations when booking and found myself kind of stranded (I tried to walk to the bus stop 20minutes away and the streets immediately around the hotel are not designed for pedestrians). "The best thing is the spectacular view of Mount Fuji from the room balcony complete with a small fireplace. Staff Service is excellent. Glamping activities provided some complementary some with fees. There is no breakfast included for my stay. But the breakfasts and dinners we had were very good. Can be pricey but safe the hassle of looking for food. To really enjoy the stay I would suggest signing up for some of the activities provided. Property is tucked away on the hill. If you plan to move around. Rent a car. But the property is already a great place to chill away from the crowds."
