"This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at the Lamm, the 2 previous times it was as a couple this time I was a solo traveller. I had a single room and was pleasantly surprised (not having stayed in a single room before) the room had a fridge that came in handy, and a view of the valley from the balcony. The balcony had a seat so could chill out on. The restaurant was fully booked but as was a resident they found me a table, the food was lovely. "Superb 5 star spa hotel set in a beautiful part of the Black Forest. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make everyone feel welcome. The changing set menu in the restaurant every evening offered great choice. The food at all times, including the buffet lunch, was excellent. The entire resort was clean and well maintained. There was a large range of options in the spa, including multiple hammams, saunas and pools. The ONLY negative was that the spa staff seemed less friendly and...

"We loved the wellness in the basement. Sauna, Turkish bath and

were all very nice. We were however surprised by the fact that the steam room stopped at 9 p.m., while the wellness was supposed to be open until 10 p.m. But since we were already wrapping up, that in itself was not a major inconvenience. The room was spacious and fine. Little view from the room, but you can't always be lucky with that! We didn't use the hotel's restaurant, so we don't have a review on that. "
