It was our first time here and we really loved it! Staff is great, all of them kind and friendly. The room was impeccable. It was very clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the pool and the breakfast there. 100% recommended. I think we found our place to stay when we visit Eau Claire 😊

The room was clean and nice, the staff was prompt and friendly. My largest issue with the hotel is that the hot tub is down. There always seems to be a 50/50 chance they are actually functioning. I always base my hotel stays based on the pool and hot tub, so this was extremely disappointing.

We booked 5 rooms to accommodate my husband and I and four of our adult children, spouses and their kids. We had other family members join us to visit since they haven’t seen some of our kids in a very long time and never met our grandchildren. We had a great time!! We were in town for graduation. There was concurrently a group of hockey kids and their families. The kids were loud at night. The staff absolutely could not keep up with the breakfast demands. The breakfast service area was a total wreck with no food served. The room was sub-par and overall the hotel was old and run down. Would not stay there again.
